| Admissions Procedure |

All parents will be treated with courtesy and girls will be admitted as soon as possible.
- All applications from the Learning Trust are sent directly to admissions officer
- Admissions officer will request information from previous schools. (if necessary). Interview will
be arranged with DoL/EMAG
- Within the following 10 working days, the applicant will receive either a letter inviting them in for an interview, or a letter stating that they are on the waiting list and will be contacted when a place becomes vacant. If a place is not offered immediately, they may re-contact the LEA.
- Girls will be placed in their chronological year group.
- At the interview the following will be done:
• The school’s admission form and the home school agreement form will be completed
• Students will be assigned to a form
• in the upper school, students will be given an individual subject time-table
- The EMAG Manager and SENCO will liaise with the DOL.
- Applications for 16-19 places will be dealt with by the head of the Sixth Form. Following an
interview, students will be given an appropriate course of study.
